Services Offered

We offer professional laundry and dry cleaning services, including pickup, delivery, and ironing, subject to availability. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service if we determine an item is unsuitable for processing. Customers must ensure items are free of objects like pens or coins that could cause damage during cleaning.

Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery services are part of our convenience model.
  • Orders are delivered within 24 hours.
  • Charges, minimum order requirements, and time slots will be communicated during booking.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to hand over and receive items at the designated times.
  • Free pickup and delivery apply only to laundry orders of 3 kg or more.
  • While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we will notify you of updated timelines.

Garment Care Disclaimer

  • While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damages caused by inherent fabric defects, items left in clothing, and improper labelling by the manufacturer.
  • In case of loss or irreparable damage, compensation will be based on the item's fair market value, not exceeding the service charge for that item.
  • While we make every effort to remove stains, some stains may be permanent. We are not responsible for such cases.
  • We are not liable for issues such as colour bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments or embroidery during the cleaning process.
  • Customers must report any complaints or issues within 48 hours of receiving cleaned items.

Customer Responsibilities

  • By using our services, you confirm that the items provided are suitable for the requested cleaning process.
  • All garments are accepted at the customer’s own risk.
  • Garments must be collected within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date. We are not responsible for the upkeep of garments left uncollected after this period.
  • Customers must inspect garments at the time of delivery.
  • Any complaints regarding damage, loss, or quality issues must be reported within 48 hrs of delivery. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via UPI or cash only.
  • Full payment is required upon order completion.
  • Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 5 days of the service date.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on our refund policy.
  • Garment cleaning charges are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on garment complexity. Listed prices are indicative and subject to change.

Liability

CloudClean is not liable for loss or damage caused by fire, burglary, or other unforeseeable events.

Website Use and Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, images, and design, is the exclusive property of CloudClean and is protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  • Please review this page periodically for updates.

Legal Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from our services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Asansol court, West Bengal.
